Quality Assurance

ProActive achieved and have maintained ISO 9001 certification following a successful upgrade compliance audit in August 2003. External auditing takes place every year, with our most recent triennial audit taking place in September 2011. Certification covers the design and delivery of ITSM Consultancy and Training Services.

ITIL® is about introducing cost-effectiveness and quality into IT Service Management. It is our belief that ITSM companies should demonstrate they are applying it internally, and as such, apply the same principles to our own organisation using the ISO standards.
