Problem Management Workshops
ProActive's Problem Management Workshops are designed to equip nominated staff with relevant Problem Management knowledge and skills, through a combination of training and practical exercises with various problem management techniques. Based on ITIL® best practice, these workshops are led by an expert ProActive consultant with extensive operational industry experience.
The workshops are aimed at staff who have direct responsibilities for the improvements, maintenance and management of IT Service Management at an operational level, including solving problems on a regular basis. These workshops are also useful for staff in a Problem Management role that supports the IT Infrastructure, so that they can better appreciate how their activities will contribute towards the growth in maturity of the Problem Management Process.
Some of the potential outcomes of these workshops include particpants' ability to:
- be aware of the support tools and techniques available for Problem Management and identify areas of improvement
- analyse Incident and Problem reports to determine trends, identify weaknesses and propose resolutions
- understand interdependencies between Problem Management and other IT and Service Management processes
- demonstrate the application of these skills and techniques in the analysis of live problems
